An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Siebel CRM Consultant to join one of the world’s leading global providers of IT Consulting. The technology and outsourcing service provider is currently focusing heavily in developing its Niche IT division in Austria, Vienna. The Global IT function is therefore looking for a dynamic Siebel CRM Consultant to provide expertise for a number of global projects.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
• Strategic Integration of CRM Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
• Design and implementation of system solutions for Siebel / CRM
• Employees and management of implementation projects for leading international companies
• Testing and User Training of the implemented IT solutions
• Facilitation of client workshops
Skills required for this role include:
• Implementation experience in Siebel
• CRM expertise
• Programming skills (Java, C + +)
• Knowledge of data modeling using XML, UML, ER diagrams
• Fluent in the German language
